Remember the Children

Emanuel Rosenthal was born in the Kovno Ghetto in Lithuania. He was only two years old when he and his five year old brother Avraham were rounded up by SS troops in March 1944. They were taken to Auschwitz along with 900 other children where their lives were cut short.

Another 1.5 million children like Emanuel and Avraham perished in the Holocaust during the Nazi's brutal campaign of extermination against the Jews of Europe.

The ICEJ is partnering with Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance and Education Center in Jerusalem, to tell the stories of children like Emanuel and Avraham through a new Family and Children’s Exhibition.

Help us tell their story and leave a legacy of education for children of future generations.
